Fry's skills, advice and service were top notch and we so appreciate your company sending us such a great technition to help us with our needs for sevice. We are surely going to call your company should we need a good plumber in the future and we plan to recommend Emergency Drain and Plumbing to family and friends as well. We had a sewer line backup caused by tree roots, and this company did an excellent job helping us resolve the issue. They quickly diagnosed the problem, performed hydro jetting, and excavated and replaced the damaged clay pipe with PVC.
The crew was professional, knowledgeable, and worked very efficiently. They explained everything clearly and made the whole process much less stressful. What really stood out was that they came back afterward to make sure everything was flowing properly.
Their pricing was also very reasonable for the amount of work involved. I truly appreciate their honesty and the quality of their service. Thank you again for doing such a great job. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience working with Fry. From start to finish, he was clear, informative, and incredibly professional. Not only was his work high quality and efficient, but he was also friendly and easy to communicate with. Hard to find someone with great technical skill and such great customer service!
