I want to start this off with saying the second guy that came out was fantastic Kane was lovely if he ever starts his own business I’d support him!Everyone else was awful. I had high praise from this company by someone I know. Rick was really aggressive and Bob was rough, maybe he was having a bad day I understand that however that doesn’t mean he should have left a half done job and broken some things. I just bought my first house and it has a brand new bathroom they broke a few tiles and a know leaking toilet. When I had my partner call them back because I was upset and I had came home from work to my bathroom with broken tile and a leaking toilet we couldn’t get a hold of anybody. The person that recommended them to me was able to get them to come back the same day but i couldn’t get them to. I found that rude and unprofessional. We were told they don’t keep numbers or contacts so that’s why they didn’t answer. When we asked about the tile they basically told us it was are fault for how it was done and that’s why it broke. After some pushing they said they would speak to there boss we waited two weeks and heard nothing back, my partner is more pushy then me so he brought it up and. Rick called him and started speaking aggressively, I personally had to walk out of the room because of that call. I’m heavily disappointed in the management and most of the people we spoke with I don’t think I’d feel safe letting them back into my house again especially when I’m not there. Speaking aggressively to any customer should never be the first response, if they are upset they need to take a moment before a call.Another note I’d like to add, I’m not stupid and I have multiple certificates to understand construction and other things in that area I don’t appreciate them trying to say I don’t know what I’m talking about and i clearly don’t understand what I know despite it being something I’ve studied and know better about. Don’t blame me for something I know was done right only to be told otherwise and it being my fault. I hired these guys because I was busy and that was a mistake if you want something done right they say do it yourself.Kane was lovely and was sent to fix the other man’s mess and even cleaned up after himself unlike the other man. He was the only redemption this company has.I’m willing to admit when I am wrong but I don’t think these people are.We have yet to get any receipts it has been weeks. And we have asked for one.Responds to Response: from my knowledge we were the only one to reach out, and we had to even beg for that. And go through 3rd parties. And you didn’t even respond to the fact that multiple people from your company were aggressive. I do appreciate a response but it’s clear that you didn’t even read through my whole message. I will know also give pictures of the damage and how things were left. Including trash that I was told that they were supposed to take with them. My grout also was bright white at the start.
Very nice. Fast response. Jeremy is wonderful and so helpful. They have done so much work for us on the past. New sewer line. Back up sump pump and more. Sink installation.
The tech was great. The service provided was good. We have been customers for over 20 years. I was not told our location was out of range and did not realize I was being charged an extra $25 until the bill was broken down. I called the office this morning to inquire and the secretary was rude and not willing to do anything to make it right. I said we are a long time customer that is now leaving, isn’t there a way to try to make this right. She said she supposed she could tell future customers about the fee and then said bye. I guess they really don’t care.
BELIEVE the reviews !!!!Some are positive but a lot of bad attitude and poor communication issues stated.I set up an online Whole House Drain cleaning appointment and their site indicated $130 to $205 “minimum “ charge .Bob Main snaked 4 drains he presented a charge for $665 . In Shock I asked about the booking app price and he said OH NO !!! It’s $140 per drain, holy smokes I said and after a discussion we agreed to use my credit card and was advised to call Management and explain and they would be the ones to make an adjustment.I don’t expect free or cheap service but I figured $300-$350 for a little less than an hour of total time on site was reasonable and in line with their online site pricing.I immediately called and a manager said he would investigate and call me back within 3 hours, a week later he called and told me that that’s the price and made numerous excuses and total bs statements about how the site was set up incorrectly and they were going to get it fixed, but no bill adjustment.I asked to speak with the owner and he said he would have her call me, I have left a message for her to call me and filled out an online request for her to call me but haven’t heard back at all.Instead of responding to reviews they would be better off to just respond to customers and return calls.I just don’t understand how my $665 that day seems to be the most important thing for Nelson Brothers Plumbing.************************************************ Thanks for responding back just like I predicted instead of a call or any communication, it’s obvious online reviews are more important and easier than talking like I tried on numerous occasions.Yes after the fact “ it’s obvious “ each drain is billed separately ! Thanks for the little tidbit after the fact and all of the other little information that you provided about pricing that was NO WHERE on your online booking site. I wasn’t at anytime confused and was totally aware of your “MINIMUM PRICING “But since the specifics about the first drain charge and then each additional drain charges appear NO WHERE on the booking site and the technician NEVER indicated such when he arrived or before starting their couldn’t be any confusion about what wasn’t and isn’t on the site.I could easily dispute the charges and get my money back but this is so ridiculous what you are doing and how you’re handling “YOUR “ site flaw that you can just keep the extra money as the saying goes “fool me once, shame on you “ . “Fool me twice, shame on me “ customers aren’t “confused “ at all .
Mitch was really great as was his assistant Brendan. The existing sewer tried to be hard to replace but both of them rose to the task and prevailed mightily. They needed to find a clean, strong, piece of pipe to latch the new system onto and ended digging right to the footing of the house to find it. Under very tight quarters, they were able to cut the pipe straight and are set up for another good day tomorrow in order to have my sewer system operational again. A plan is in place and I see them executing it flawlessly.Day 2 arrived, the old pipe was removed as was additional dirt from the trench. They tied onto the piece of solid pipe and reconstructed my sewer system. It's beautiful. We can run water from any of the toilets and sinks, and we can do laundry again. I don't remember the last time a hot shower felt so good!
