Seriously, don’t waste your time looking into other plumbing services in this area. Tyler came out and provided the best service at a really fair price. No selling at all- It’s rare to find a company nowadays that aren’t gouging. From what I understand, the owner is full of character and integrity so I’ll only need Precision Plumbing on my phone.
From the initial phone call through completion and payment, Precision Plumbing was professional, responsive, and fairly priced.Kade and Brendan were excellent — polite, knowledgeable, and patient with my questions. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were very respectful of my home, including wearing shoe covers the entire time. There are a lot of wirr that are involved in backup sump pump installation. The previous owners install was a complete mess. I appreciate they took the time to make it a little cleaner so the wires weren't hanging everywhere as previously done.When they ran into a small issue, they adjusted immediately and made sure everything was done correctly. They installed a new sump pump with a backup system and a new check valve, tested it multiple times at my request, and everything works perfectly.Quality work, great attitudes, and true professionalism. I would absolutely recommend Precision Plumbing.
