Despite it being 3 PM on a Friday, they understood the urgency and were onsite within 90 minutes of my call. They efficiently removed the clog and prevented further damage. The first time, I faced another main line clog—an issue I’ve come to learn is common given the age of my home. Dominic and the team assessed the situation, identified the problem, and resolved it thoroughly. This was a severe clog, but they expertly cleared the line all the way to the city connection while maintaining a clean and tidy work environment. Dominic was wonderful. Very polite, curtious and clean! He came in with shoe covers and put a mat down in the area he worked. We had a leak under our kitchen sink and he came in, assessed the problem, gave us three options based on our budget and fixed it within an hour of arriving. He also went above and beyond. We were hearing running water after flushing a toilet and he also took a look at that but unfortunately, the time you go to show someone everything looks fine after several attempts. Would definitely recommend them again. Plumbing needs have now fixed issues at my work, my neighbours house and now ours. All three happy customers!
