Excellent Service! We needed some last-minute plumbing work done for our shop in Vernon, and as soon as we called, they gave us an appointment right away. The quote was provided promptly, and the work was completed quickly and efficiently. Very fast and very professional service. Highly recommend their services!

Jayden came in and replaced our hot water thermostat and also did a tune up on our furnace! He was professional, courteous and did a excellent job, he was definitely a 5 Star employee!! Also, Bee's Knees were the only business that got back to us on the same day, 3 other local businesses never even called back! I do have to mention that their pricing on the hot water tank was IMHO to much. If they hadn't waived the service fee of $150 the 2 hour labour would have been nearly $400 an hour! A wee bit pricey, especially for seniors, it can pay to get several quotes, but it also helps if they call back! Very happy with Bees Knees service!!

Look, nobody wants to call the HVAC repair guy. It’s never good news, and it’s never at a convenient time. That said, the crew at Bee’s Knees went absolutely above and beyond. They got Ben over the same day, and while he did have to deliver the unfortunate news that we needed some extensive work done, he was kind, thorough, and incredibly helpful. Our part had to come in from out of town, but Ben immediately offered extra space heaters and anything we might need to get us through the next day or so — which made a stressful situation way more manageable. Fast forward a day and a half later, Mike and Jason arrived first thing in the morning and got straight to work. They were efficient, professional, and respectful of our space. When the job was finished, they cleaned up so well that I’d honestly say the area looked better than when they arrived. From start to finish, everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared. You can tell customer service is a core value at Bee’s Knees, not just a buzzword. Highly recommend Bee’s Knees to anyone needing HVAC service.
