Fox did $18,000 worth of work on my house. Generally acceptable. One of the things they did involved turning the water off and installing and testing a pressure relief valve. The day after that, both bathtub faucets dripped. I asked them to repair the drips. They repaired one, took half a day and charged me over $500. I requested the repairs be done at no charge since I felt they were responsible for the leaks. After escalating my request to numerous employees and managers, they all refused. Eventually I simply went to another plumber to repair the other faucet. He took 15 minutes and charged less than $250 to do exactly the same repair on the exact same faucet. It’s not likely that I will use Fox again, for anything.
Would really like to choose no stars. My furnace for a 900sq ft mobile home cost 13,000. You read that correctly. Fox wouldn’t provide an itemized invoice, and when I needed a repair the following year, the fox rep. took a piece of cardboard from my recycle bin, and used it to block a rattling vent. I refused to pay the $150 call out charge.Never never again. And then they ask me for a review?
We had an HVAC system installed and we were very impressed at how quick and efficient Ross and all the others were, in at 8am and out by 4:30 pm. Everything appears to functioning flawlessly.Thank you Fox Plumbing & heating for a job well done ??
Spent 32,000 dollars on their “best” heat pump unit. With a 12 year complete warranty. Doesn’t work properly, complete down grade. Very loud. And to get help they only have an automated system to talk to. This is our holiday home so Made an appointment in two weeks in advance to get it fixed and made a special 8hr trip through a snow storm to make it here. Then they decided to cancel our appointment without even contacting us. I highly recommend to NOT use this company. I do not know when or if they will ever fix it. Extremely frustrating.
We are extremely satisfied with Fox Electrical installing our Gemstone permanent lights. Jason our estimator was friendly with no pressure and had great ideas to enhance our home. Steffanie in the office kept us up to date on delivery and the install. Dale and Melvin arrived as scheduled and provided top quality workmanship. Highly recommend this company. We would definitely use them again as any needs arise.
