Called around 1pm on a Friday because my kitchen sink was completely clogged, water wasn't draining at all. Honestly expected to wait days for an appointment but someone was at my house within 2 hours. The technician had it fixed in about an hour. Really appreciated how fast they responded, especially since it was already messing up my whole afternoon. Would call them again if anything else comes up.

The customer service representative walked me through the annual service contract with a lot of patience. Despite challenging weather conditions, they managed to schedule my first plumbing service appointment. The whole team was impressive, particularly the technician who was assigned to my job. He bravely faced the inclement weather, when many would have retreated. Upon arriving, he wasted no time in diagnosing the problem with my kitchen sink drain. On two occasions in the past, a clog had resulted in drain water spilling into my dishwasher and onto my floor. His suggestion was to install a check valve to prevent any reverse flow. But he didn't stop there. He also added an extra check valve before the P-Trap, preventing any building water from backing up into the trap. His attention to detail was evident when he noticed missing levers from the sink shut-off valves and informed me. The technician didn't just focus on the immediate problem. He conducted a thorough inspection of the whole property as part of the first of the two annual checks. He even inspected the refrigerator ice-maker line at my request. Before leaving, he ran the dishwasher to ensure there were no leaks. The technician’s ability to explain everything clearly and repeat himself when necessary ensured I understood everything. His intelligence, knowledge, kindness, and patience made him a standout. You can be assured you're in excellent hands with this technician!

I would give zero stars if possible. I wanted to try a new plumbing company after my sink clogged and saw the overwhelming 5 stars here, so I gave them a call. However, the people who picked up were representatives from Angie’s List trying to connect me with other plumbers in the area. I hung up and called again, thinking I had the wrong number, only to be connected to Angie’s List again. I scoured the internet for another number, but could only find this number. I live close to the listed address, so I decided to just visit the establishment to see if I could schedule a plumber in person. The address takes you to where Sub-Zero and Mamamaka Bowl is, but there is no location for Declan & Sons. I even asked the workers in Sub-Zero and they had no idea what I was talking about. I worked with another plumber instead. I’m not sure if they just have all the wrong information on this listing or what is going on, but it was a bit frustrating. Edit: Looking through the reviews, 26 different plumbers are mentioned by name as all working for this company, which makes no sense at all. There are no repeated names. I think this company does not exist and these are fake reviews.
