I was extremely happy with the service I received from Mr Rooter. Specifically, Jake and Eddy were outstanding. They were courteous and professional. They performed troubleshooting methodically and efficiently, and explained the steps that they were taking very clearly.
I was also impressed by how flexible they were with scheduling. Mr Rooter proactively reached out to confirm a scheduled follow-up, and were willing to change the timing to suit our schedule.
I will surely use Mr Rooter again for any plumbing needs.

The 2 ladies who work in the office are very professional and helpful. The 2 guys they sent out were very friendly and personable. They got my plumbing unstopped but I ended up replacing the drain pipes due to age. They worked fast and so far no leaks and no clogs and everything is draining quickly. Mr Rooter has a great communication system too. You know when they are in the way and who is coming.

I would recommend Mr. Rooter ANY day and to ANY person. Thank you guys so much for your fast service and attentiveness to the issue at hand. Faucet line burst during the freeze and home was sitting without water. I called them upon return to home and they were able to get Mr. Bill and his partner out to my home within the day. He was very honest about pricing which I appreciated so much, and in under an hour, the line was fixed, wrapped, and the water was back on! Thank you guys so much and you will be my go-to for ANY and ALL plumbing needs in the future!
