We've been calling on Staas Plumbing for years for the usual reasons (clogged drains, toilet issues, etc.) and have always appreciated how quickly they resolve these issues. But when we needed to replace the drain line that ran from the middle of our house, this is where their expertise really helped us out. They got us in touch with Nick at 254 Tunnel (left a 5-star review for this company, as well) to tunnel under the foundation instead of jackhammering through our house. They did their best to minimize the damage under our kitchen sink and shower while replacing the drain line quickly and efficiently. We will definitely continue calling on them for any future issues.

Well, if your drains have been stinky for longer than you care to remember, the answer is YES. **DAVID** of the original Staas Plumbing came out and replaced all our P-traps, and now my drains smell so, so great because they have no smell at all. David is kind, skilled, and professional at what he does. We use Staas for all our plumbing; they have been out a couple of times for various things. I now wish I had had them do this work long ago. I’ve been using them since I moved to Waco in 2011. Most of the time, I get the technician David. Recently he added a faucet in my backyard and fixed an old faucet in the front. Did an excellent job and left no mess and was reasonably priced. They’ve always treated me fair. They have installed a bathroom faucet, a garbage disposal, and fixed my hot water heater, saving me from having to buy a new one. I also get my yearly “gas check” from them for my gas log fireplace. They will always get my business!
