We have a sewer pipe broken in our basement, contacted All Star to get an estimate on how much it would be to fix. Their website says free estimate but charges us over $300 just to even schedule us before someone would come out and look. The young guy who came out was very nice and knowledgeable, no complaints about him. Only reason I’m giving two stars. Got our estimate back and we thought it was a bit high and even our insurance agent thought it was high. Called to see what deposit they require and they tell us they want the full amount of $17k up front BEFORE any work is started. That is just insane!! I can understand a deposit but paying the full amount before any work has been done is not okay. Really disappointed.
