We have a sewer pipe broken in our basement, contacted All Star to get an estimate on how much it would be to fix. Their website says free estimate but charges us over $300 just to even schedule us before someone would come out and look. The young guy who came out was very nice and knowledgeable, no complaints about him. Only reason I’m giving two stars. Got our estimate back and we thought it was a bit high and even our insurance agent thought it was high. Called to see what deposit they require and they tell us they want the full amount of $17k up front BEFORE any work is started. That is just insane!! I can understand a deposit but paying the full amount before any work has been done is not okay. Really disappointed.

Dave installed our new Rheem furnace and ac unit and did an excellent job. Our utility bill has gone down significantly as well, which tells me we purchased quality equipment. 10/10 would recommend calling All Star!

I needed a new sewer line put in at my residence and called All Star Plumbing. Jeremy came to my house and checked the line. He told me he would mail me an estimate and it arrived a few days later. I returned the agreement and asked that they work me into their schedule. Later I was given a date and time that they would proceed with the work. On the given date they arrived promptly and began the work. Jeremy kept me informed of their progress throughout the entire process. When they finished the job I was pleasantly surprised to learn that the total cost was less than the written estimate.
I found All Star Plumbing to be true professionals and their work exceptional. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs and will recommend them to friends and family without reservation. Give them a call if integrity, exceptional work and professionalism are important to you. You won't be sorry.
