This morning, in –18° weather, I woke up at 2am to a house that was 58 degrees. I called Bergen PHC’s after-hours line, and the staff immediately helped schedule an appointment for when they opened. Shortly after that, technician Matt Mulnix arrived, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the faulty part. Within an hour of him being here, my home was warming back up.This company is the only one I trust with my HVAC needs. They make you the priority, explain every repair clearly, and consistently deliver a level of customer care that’s hard to find anywhere else. In extreme temperatures like this morning, you really see who you can rely on. Bergen is worth every penny, and the job is always done right the first time.
