Bergen Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

They go way above and beyond what they have to I say that because they literally saved our house from burning down all because the technician was a person that is very good at attention to detail. We always have them do everything and we are always happy with results. We been doing business with them since 2018 and will only call them! always 100% satisfied

Bergen H&C just helped Rhino Coatings take care of a customer when we accidentally ruined a floor drain with epoxy. We made a mistake, but it didn't hurt as bad as it could have thanks to Bergen. I appreciate a very fair invoice & a job well done. Our customer was very pleased. Thanks Bergen Team

This morning, in –18° weather, I woke up at 2am to a house that was 58 degrees. I called Bergen PHC’s after-hours line, and the staff immediately helped schedule an appointment for when they opened. Shortly after that, technician Matt Mulnix arrived, diagnosed the issue, and replaced the faulty part. Within an hour of him being here, my home was warming back up. This company is the only one I trust with my HVAC needs. They make you the priority, explain every repair clearly, and consistently deliver a level of customer care that’s hard to find anywhere else. In extreme temperatures like this morning, you really see who you can rely on. Bergen is worth every penny, and the job is always done right the first time.
