Unfortunately, several plumbing issues were either missed during the inspection or noted but not addressed by the seller before we actually purchased the house. Bret helped us work through each of them by clearly explaining what needed to be done and walking us through everything so we felt comfortable with the work being performed. He also went above and beyond by pointing out a few additional items that could potentially cause problems down the road, like valves that were locked shut or installed upside down. His suggestions gave us confidence that our plumbing is now in good working order. Bret was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. We truly appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Erin in the office was also great to work with and very helpful with scheduling, payment and communication.
