Andrew with SWAT plumbing is our hero! He went above and beyond to fix our upstairs leaky toilet line. It was so awful and I was so upset! It leaked into the adjacent room and then thru the floor into the ceiling and leaked in my garage! SWAT made it a priority and sent Andrew out first thing the next day. AHS was not going to pay for it as it was not what they considered to be normal wear and tear. He convinced them somehow and was able to get it done today! My husband and I couldn't sing his praises any higher! He did the work quickly, made light jokes that helped to make a bad situation easier and is a great communicator. He answered all of our questions in a way we could understand. If you have a plumbing issue or crisis, call SWAT and ask for Andrew. Whitney in the call center was great too. He was also training a new man named Ronnie who was very professional too.
