I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough to share. I was promised a service that wasn’t delivered, yet I was still billed—not for fixing the problem, but for diagnosing it—at a rate far higher than I’ve ever seen in the industry.
It feels less like professional service and more like being taken advantage of. No customer should pay top dollar for zero resolution. I hope the owner reconsiders this charge, because right now, my only takeaway is that I paid a premium price for absolutely nothing to be fixed
