We needed a second opinion for an HVAC issue we have been having. Service ready was able to get us an appointment the next day. Our technician Carlton was knowledgable, professional and very thorough. He answered all of our questions, gave us his professional opinion and options. Later when we have more questions he promptly returned our call and spent more time answering those questions. It really is a breath of fresh air to have such an easy time with such a difficult problem. I highly recommend this company and Carlton as your tech.
I was very impressed with James. He was extremely informative, professional and neat. My toilet was leaking water under the tiles. He replaced the wax ring and the flange, which took care of the problem. It was a difficult job because the old cast iron pipe and flange were completely corroded and difficult to remove and replace. Service Ready will now be my go-to plumber.
Our appointment was on 11/14/2025 At 0800, our Plummer assigned to us was James and he was amazing! He was punctual, honest, kind, efficient and was a pleasure to have service our water heater and garbage disposal. I will recommend him to anyone who needs plumbing services!
I am so impressed with Service Ready and my Technician James. When I called, Liz was so nice and able to make me a morning appt the same day as I had an emergency not being able to flush the toilet and right now having one bathroom as the other one is gutted and waiting to remodel. James sent me text when he would arrive and was on time. He was very kind and knowledgeable and really cares about the clients. He knew right away what was needed and toilet works perfectly!!! I am highly recommending James (a great asset) and this company.
