I had this installed in oct 2024 by Primier Comfort, a complete system and since then Ive had numerous problems.most recent is today 2/1/26.Again, unit shuts itself off and no disply reading on thermostat.Call for emergency service, they say they will contact technician on call....NOONE EVER CALLS, NOONE EVER SHOWS UP!!It's going to be 30 degrees tonight in so. florida and I have asthma.IMO this is a flyby night JOKE company.Shame on me for not choosing a more reputable company.They don't stand by their customers.
James, and his crew were very nice, efficient, on time, and informative. They took their time and made sure everything was done the the correct way without taking any shortcuts. I am very satisfied and highly pleased with James and his crew service...!!!

Great service from all involved at Premier Comfort Services this week. My AC went out right after I left on a flight and a tech was able to get to my home the next day to figure out the issue. Jared was the initial contact who stayed a VERY long time working with a friend (& with me on a speakerphone) to diagnose the issue. He left & came back with a portable AC unit to try and cool down my home for my fur babies. It was 93° with 50% humidity INSIDE my home. Although it did not work, the point was that he tried to help me out, which is going above and beyond, especially when it’s after 6 PM. A new unit was ordered Tues night and two techs came today (Fri) to install the new unit. James and Kenny were both great, very personable and easy to work with. Answered any questions I had & quite honestly just very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend any of them. Job well done guys. The kitties & I thank you.
Chris did a thorough inspection in order to incorporate all concerns into a replacement system Look fwd to the completed project ! On a return visit James did an excellent job installing a new larger intake vent cover.
