We've had Plumbing and Heating Heroes come out twice for a few projects. Our first bit of work was an emergency gas leak to our tankless water heater which ended up being a much larger issue. Camilo was super helpful and informative, walked us through everything that they were doing and WHY, which is so often overlooked from other contractors. Super personable, diligent, and an overall positive experience.Most importantly he got the job done the day we called in the issue. He stayed well after a normal shift would be finished to make sure we had hot water in our house and everything was taken care of.Our second bit of work was more past-due maintenance, but again, it was done quickly and professionally. 10/10, couldn't recommend this company enough.
