Now... I just looked I have one roll left. I can't just get up and go to store. No car. Hardly any money left to buy more... ya ever think of that. Very sick, barely walk, 1 roll left til next month . You still don't touch anyone's belongings in their home. Especially with out asking 1st. Bring your own towels to a job.. and what about the 1st time..left crap all over bottom of my shower, screws on floor, and my body wash knocked over, just left down there with debris. You forget about that?Left debris knocked my body was on bottom of shower too! Never cleaned up after hisself. Today, 2 came. The one was helping hisself to my stuff. Bring your own towels,rags, and clean up your mess. Left crap on bathroom floor and left, never returned. Cleaning up after your mess is part of the job too! Where were they raised. Despicable, nasty! But, took time to look in mirror, at hisself as he put on his hat. OMG ??
Extremely happy with service today! We had a close lightening strike and power failure which led to our hot water heater not working anymore. Being the day before a Holiday we thought we would be without hot water for some time. Our trusted electrician suggested Discount Plumbing. So glad we did! Chris and Daniel came out and changed circut board and 2 heating elements and got it working for a VERY reasonable price. We practically have a brand new water heater after the repairs. Very nice young men. They also gave us a senior discount. Having had some very shady plumbers in the past we are very thankful we found a great new plumber.Very greatful customers

To my knowledge, no work was performed during this visit. I am requesting a refund for this invoice, as I do not understand what these charges pertain to.Invoice #113615: This invoice, totaling $198.77, dated 12/13/2024, reflects the agreed-upon amount discussed with your plumber, covering both labor and materials for the valve cartridge replacement. This amount is correct, and I am willing to pay it as initially agreed.Duplicate Invoice Amount (68.77): I have received repeated emails requesting payment for an additional $68.77, claiming it is for materials and parts. However, these charges were already included in Invoice #113615, and the same invoice number is used for both amounts, which is highly unusual and confusing. I am requesting that this $68.77 charge be discarded, as it appears to be a duplicate or erroneous charge Quality of Work:Additionally, after the cartridge replacement, my tenants reported weak water pressure in the shower Upon verifying the issue, I observed that the hot water pressure was significantly lower than the cold water.l attempted to contact your office multiple times via phone and email for assistance but received no response. Left without a resolution, I hired another plumber, who determined that the cartridge installed by your technician was damaged and caused the ongoing water pressure issue.This additional expense was completely avoidable had the work been done correctly initially.Resolution RequestTo resolve this matter, I am requesting the following:A refund of $267.80 for invoice #113542, as no work was performed during that visit.Adjustment of my balance to reflect only the $198.77 on Invoice #113615, which is the correct amount for the agreed-upon labor and materials.The removal of the $68.77 charge, as this is a duplicate or erroneous charge.An acknowledgment of the quality of work issue and assurance that similar situations will not occur in the future.
