I got my home 5 months ago and after this last ice/snow we had I had a leak in my ceiling. Nobody could figure it out. Several days later found out, I called and they got out the next day (it was late when it was discovered it was a leak). The guy was super chill and polite knocked it out in less than 30 min. Would most likely use em again (hopefully I wont need to for a while)

Kimberly Wadlow on Wilbourn & McCabe Plumbing

I had a great experience with Wilbourn & McCade Plumbing ! I originally called them out for what I thought was a simple water leak, but they quickly discovered a larger issue. From start to finish, everyone was so kind, helpful, and professional. The ladies in the office made scheduling easy and were incredibly patient and informative when I had questions. The crew who came out to do the work was prompt, respectful, and took the time to explain everything to me. I truly felt like I was in good hands the entire time. I highly recommend them for any plumbing needs!

One morning, I logged into our water meter portal and had a full-blown panic attack — it showed we’d used 7,000 gallons in two days, with a steady 7 gallons an hour for months. I called Wilbourn & McCabe in crisis mode, and Bonnie jumped into action to send help.

Frantically searching for a leak like a low-budget detective, I suddenly realized… I’d forgotten what month it was. I was looking at last month’s data. We definitely had a leak, but a long-term trickle, not a 7,000 gallon tsunami. Cue second panic — this time to call Bonnie back and confess that the real leak was in my brain. I asked her to downgrade our “emergency” so someone with an actual issue could be helped. She was a saint, we laughed, and she told her technician to cool his jets.

Cade showed up anyway (legend) and checked everything. No smoking gun, but he pointed out we didn’t have an external shut-off valve. Appointment #2: Cade and Cody installed one and confirmed the leak was somewhere in the yard, not under the house. Polite, professional, and totally unfazed by my chaos.

We paused before digging up the yard, but when we were ready, Cade returned (appointment #3) to hunt for clues. Still nothing obvious, so we agreed to replace the whole main line.

Appointment #4: Cody and Hunter showed up and worked like champs in the blazing sun. I agreed upon bid acceptance that after trenching, any "cosmetic repairs" were my responsibility. Turns out that the yard looked so good after, I swear it could’ve had a Botox treatment. Not only did they fix the issue, they made it feel painless. 7 gallon per hour leak is gone and our water meter data shows our daily usage down by over half!

Wilbourn & McCabe, you’ve earned a customer for life. I’d trust these guys with my plumbing and my dignity (which, let’s be honest, is already in the drain).
