I paid these guys $500 over a year ago to help with my kitchen sink. I have been using a bucket under it since. I am surprised at their reviews. I guess I am the only one that didn't matter. No need to respond about contacting someone. I let many of them know.
I have used their service for several different problem Its like my husband passed and my plumbing ex got totally messed up. My neighbor recommended R&R and they have been so great to me I will never go anywhere else They come out the day I call them and apologize if I wait past noon. Their service is great. Titus and TJ were absolutely great. They were extremely friendly and professional. They came to my house and made sure the water remediation was completed and answered all of my questions. They are an A+ crew and I was very pleased with the work they did.
Titus, Micah, and TJ with Roto-Rooter just completed excavation and plumbing services at my home that was caused by a leaky pipe. They did an excellent job explaining the process and communicated everything well so I understood the entire process!
We recently moved into a new home, and unfortunately the kitchen sink stopped draining. I tried my usual fixes for a clogged drain, but couldn't get it.I called Roto Rooter and they were able to dispatch someone within the hour. Franz arrived, walked me through his plan which was basically start with the simplest interventions first to see if we could clear it, then escalate if things were a little more complicated.Franz gave me quotes for each intervention up front.Unfortunately, it did end up being a lot more complicated, and it turned into a full day job. During the repair, things got a little messy (Not Franz's fault. Things happen) and Roto Rooter sent out another person to professionally clean up the area.Zack arrived and left the basement spotless.Our sink works great and the piping issue that caused it in the first place was fixed so it shouldn't happen again. Both Franz and Zack were great guys, super helpful, and did an awesome job.Price was reasonable, and the work was high quality. I will definitely use them again if I need to.
