Willow is our go to place for pool & spa needs. They are reliable, professional & great to do business with & we know that the service will be done as promised. Our pool looks new again with the new liner they put in for us.

Very Happy customer, bought the Hotsprings Envoy which is a phenomenal hot tub for the money. There was a hiccup with delivery but I have to say they went above and beyond to make it right. They will now have my loyalty for many years to come! They could have very easily not been helpful but they were extremely responsive, listened, and resolved the issue essentially a day later. I have not seen customer service like that in years. I would strongly recommend Willow Park for your next purchase! They won my trust and respect and that is rare these days! Mark and the team are great.

They filled it and cleaned everything up. It was an easy transaction. I recommend this business.

We love Willow Park Pools & Spas in Bethlehem! We moved into a new home with a pool they use to service. They were honest and extremely helpful. They opened it for us and helped us adjust it to the perfect levels. Our go to place for our pool! We definitely recommend 10/10!

Mark was wonderful to work with. His communication was always top notch and quick. (He even responded on one of his days off). We got a beautiful high end pool at a year end discount which was not offered by other resalers. Once we decided on the pool we wanted, it was ordered and transferred from a warehouse in NY. Mark delivered the pool the same day and we had it installed within 3 days. The installer they recommended was awesome as well.
