Very Happy customer, bought the Hotsprings Envoy which is a phenomenal hot tub for the money. There was a hiccup with delivery but I have to say they went above and beyond to make it right. They will now have my loyalty for many years to come! They could have very easily not been helpful but they were extremely responsive, listened, and resolved the issue essentially a day later. I have not seen customer service like that in years. I would strongly recommend Willow Park for your next purchase! They won my trust and respect and that is rare these days! Update 2025I needed my liner replaced. They had plenty of beautiful choices. My liner was delivered super fast. I am very happy with the install. The installers came on time and the crew got right to work. The liner fit beautifully.They filled it and cleaned everything up. It was an easy transaction. Mark was wonderful to work with. His communication was always top notch and quick. (He even responded on one of his days off). We got a beautiful high end pool at a year end discount which was not offered by other resalers. Once we decided on the pool we wanted, it was ordered and transferred from a warehouse in NY. Mark delivered the pool the same day and we had it installed within 3 days.
