We have used this service for opening and closing the last few years for our pool, prior owners had used the same service. Each year the quality has gone down and I will be using someone else for open and close next year. At open this year they broke the mounting point for a hand rail (never instilled just placed off to the side after they broke the mounting bracket in the concrete, didn't even note the lack of install or the broke mount), I know they broke it because I cleaned the mounting hole before the install and have broken metal parts now in the hole. They left and empty chlorine unit in the pool and left an empty leaking clorinator unit hooked up. Any auxiliary line to the chlorinator was leaking after pool opening, at the pool lines and at the unit and cap. No notes, nothing. It's no long "opening and closing" your pool, it's just dragging the cover on or off. No longer a value provided by this service.

Have been using Finn’s for a few years. This year we had some major repairs where we had the filter replaced. They did great job add kept old filter clean until the new one was replaced. Great job overall opening and closing the pool.
This is my first season with Finn's Pool and Spa Service . We picked them because they do weekly pool service as well as any repair. We have been very happy with the service, this year has been very difficult for pools due to the very hot weather, but Finn's has controlled the algae that many people have experienced in their pools. We also had them replace our sand filter which was past its prime. Mr. Finn is very responsive always calls you back the same day to discuss any concern. Plan on using them next year .
