We had an incredible experience with David and Jason. We have experienced a leak since we opened our pool. We are first time pool owners. Their process took 3 hours. They explained every step and educated us on information we didn’t know. They were thorough in every part of the process. They reassured us on any concerns we had. They found a leak in the liner within the first hour. They addressed it. They gave us instructions on what to do going forward. It was so so nice to work with people that took pride in their work and cared about our experience with our pool.We have dealt with losing water for 6 weeks. We tried different pool companies with no resolve. We are hopeful the issue is fixed, if not… we are confident we found the company that will get us there.
We've used Millennium Pools to open, close and service our pool (as needed) for approximately the last five years. After having poor experiences with some of their competitors, I've been very pleased with their professionalism and attention to detail while still offering competitive prices. I appreciate their work order reports and the very detailed pictures that they include.I also wanted to call out two of their employees, specifically -- Nahum and Miguel. This year, due to all of the snow, our pool cover caved in and the pool cover pump accidentally pumped out most of the pool water before we discovered it. That, coupled with lots of leaves in the pool, made for a much more difficult opening this year. Nevertheless, Nahum and Miguel went the extra mile to get the pool to open very clean and clear. They spent extra time but did so with a very positive, helpful attitude that I appreciated. I would highly recommend them.
Millinium have provided us with roughly 25 years of residential service. I have gotten the pool renovated and turned out better than expected. Yan Lorenas and Elmer Lopez did a wonderful job. All the other employees also go over and above. The pool looks brand new and we couldn't be happier.The owner of the company Hank is excellent to his employees because they are above average in everything they do. Very the courteous behavior from everyone.Highly recommend Millinium Pools for all your pool needs.
I’ve been a customer of Millennium Pools and Spa for many years, and my recent experience was excellent. A father-and-son team, David and Jason, came out to open my pool for the season and did a fantastic job. They carefully followed my instructions on where to store the equipment and left the area clean and tidy when they finished. Both were courteous and polite throughout the process. They’re a great addition to the team!
Millennium pools helped me with a fairly significant leak in my pool that they diagnosed last fall and we went ahead and started work on repairs in the spring. Yan Lorenas in the office gave me all the different options and was patient with me as I decided which way to go. We decided to replace the leaking lines and Mladen and the crew arrived on the scheduled day and he explained everything that would be done and the work was done in a timely manner. Alex took over from him and made sure everything was done in the correct way and when I contacted either Yan or Alex with any questions , they responded quickly and took care of things promptly. Everyone that worked on the pool was friendly and seemed conscientious about getting things done properly. And most importantly, the pool does not appear to be leaking!!!!!
