We had a great experience with IPD and would highly recommend them. Joey was quick to respond and create a design at a price we were happy with. Josh was our GC and he was fabulous to work with, awesome in communicating with us, stayed on top of the job, and quickly addressed any questions or concerns we had. If you want a first class design and build out, IPD is your go to. Would definitely use them again!
We are new pool owners with the Inground Pool company. We have been overly satisfied with each employee that has come by to help service our pool this year. Today AARON came by to help us open the pool for the season. We had informed him that water was leaking from a pipe near the filter and we didn’t know why. He was very attentive to our problem and asked for details and pictures before his visit so he would be sure to have the part on his truck when he stopped by. He saw the problem immediately and sadly for us the part was not under warranty. However he made a special stop by his office and found a previously opened box with the part that we needed that day. It had been opened, possibly tried on another pool but not used and it fit our pool exactly. We were so thankful to get this gently loved part today. On top of that Aaron checked each section of our pools mechanisms and explained them to me. I videoed his explanation to have for the coming years of pool maintenance. This is a top notch and well run pool company and we are so glad we chose them to build our pool. Aaron is one of the many examples of the Inground Pool team that makes this company run so efficiently.
I had a wonderful experience working with this company! Mark and Joey were exceptional throughout the entire process. Managing the construction of an 1100 sqft pool house simultaneously posed significant challenges due to limited space, but the whole team performed remarkably. They maintained excellent communication regarding any issues or concerns I had. The final result exceeded my expectations! Photos coming soon!
The team at Inground Pool Design is the best! I couldn’t imagine hiring anyone else for a pool project. Noah, Mariah, Mark, Jonah, Wade, and Dallas were great. Their guidance, care, professionalism, work ethic and attention to detail were exceptional. They were a pleasure to work with and delivered on everything promised. Thanks to Inground Pool Design, dreams really do come true! The team of skilled craftsmen working on our project were great! They gave us much more than a pool, it’s an oasis. Noah helped us pick the fiberglass shell, spa, and tanning ledge then went to work designing and placing everything perfectly. Only three months start to finish because so little rain. They even allowed for green spaces to soften the design which my wife absolutely loves. Inground Pool Design are a fantastic group of men and women to work with and I highly recommend them.
