Our family contacted this company about installing a pool lift for accessibility needs related to quadriplegia. Five weeks ago, we met with company representatives, who gave every indication that the company would be able to help us.Over the next five weeks, we made repeated follow-up calls and received little to no communication. Only after another call yesterday did the owner finally respond, and the interaction was extremely unprofessional.My wife was told to “be quiet,” that they were not going to help us, and to “forget about us” and find someone else. A company has every right to decline a project, but there is no excuse for ignoring a disabled client for weeks and then responding in such a disrespectful and dismissive manner.Very disappointing experience.
We had an inground pool installed by USA Pools and we couldn’t be happier. Tom nailed the layout, Lisa brought the design to life, Tiffany kept everything on track, and Josh made sure the build was flawless. Stopped at the office today to advise that the pool heater wouldn't turn on. Expected a call to schedule a service visit. Twenty minutes later 2 great guys arrived. 30 minutes later they removed a blown and melted old circuit breaker and we were back in business. We had 2 pool service companies before switching to USA Pools. Just the best in the business. Knowledgeable, responsive, and great with advice and follow up. They completed refurbished this 37 year old pool almost 10 years ago. They service the pool 2x a week and it always look fabulous and like new. Picture just taken. Thanks USA Pools team
