Customer feedback is mixed. Several reviewers mention prompt scheduling and successful repairs for heaters, leaks, and general service. Others cite concerns about pricing clarity, quoting, and billing or refund communication. A few comments note challenges locating the business at the listed address, suggesting service is dispatched rather than storefront-based.

Charged me $298 to come take a look at my hot tub that was leaking. Fair enough to pay for their time, but I was completely floored by the amount they wanted me to pay to fix the problem after going away for 3 days to write up a quote. $2400 to replace or bypass old valves and leaky plumbing. It's an old hot tub, and I just wanted straight PVC repairs (I didn't ask for anything than for the tub to stop leaking). Their quote had about $200 in PVC and then the rest was in labor. I was prepared to pay $1,000-$1,200, but their quote floored me. All I wanted was basically a bypass around the leaky parts, which we agreed to. The simplest of fixes to get the old tub functioning at a basic level. Still, it was $2400!!!

I ended up buying the PVC that I needed at Lowes for $15 and a collar to attach the PVC to the hot tub heater -- which is a common part available for $14 on Amazon. 2 days later with about an hour of my own labor I have the whole issue fixed for $29. Just a word to the wise - a hot tub has a lot of off-the-shelf PVC plumbing. If it's a leak, chances are you can fix it yourself.

I get paying for expertise, and the cost of running a business, but I was not expecting such inflated estimates. Additionally, it was very hard to get them on the phone. I do not recommend them unless you want to be paying $2,000+ for their work (which I cannot say if it is good or not since I fixed myself).

They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. My heater went out and my tub was leaking. Very happy with the service and the overall cost of repairs .

Went to the 822 Guilford ave and it turned out to be a ups store. The owner was very upset that his address was being used for this business and that many people have come by looking for the spa business only to see that it didn’t exist.

Great customer service and exceptional quality of work. I needed my jacuzzi fixed quickly for a holiday party and they were able to make it out in a hurry. Great pricing! Would highly recommend using them for any pool/spa servicing needs.

Very poor customer service! They charged me ahead of visit and when I cancelled they never refunded my money. They kept saying they did, but credit card company had to dispute it. Slimey!

Frequently Asked Questions

Service is available Monday through Friday during daytime hours. Weekend appointments are not listed, so weekday scheduling is recommended. Call ahead to confirm current availability and lead times. Holidays and peak seasons may affect appointment windows.

Common repairs include leaks in plumbing or valves, heater and pump failures, and control or sensor faults. Technicians also handle jet, diverter, and seal replacements. After inspection, you’ll receive options for parts and labor before work starts. Scope and pricing depend on brand, age, and access to components.

General price ranges can sometimes be discussed by phone, but accurate quotes usually require an on-site evaluation. This helps confirm the source of the issue and parts needed. After diagnosing, the technician will outline recommended repairs and estimated costs. You can approve or decline before work proceeds.

Most major residential hot tub brands can be serviced, depending on parts availability. Older models may require alternate repair approaches if original parts are discontinued. During the visit, the technician will verify model details and source-compatible components. If a part is unavailable, practical alternatives will be discussed.

Ensure clear access to the tub, equipment bay, and electrical disconnect. Note any error codes, leaks, or breaker trips you’ve observed. If the tub is drained or winterized, mention this when scheduling. Pets should be secured, and any gates or entry instructions provided ahead of time.
