Purchased a home in July 2025 with an existing pool installed by Ewing. In October, had issues with the controller so reached out to Ewing and after several calls, I was able to get a tech to my home. Eventually, a new controller was installed. Fast forward to April 2026 & the controller stopped functioning properly. So I contacted the company on 4/9 and was told someone would contact me. As of 4/17, I still did not hear from them. So I reached out to them again. Was told someone would be out the following week. It’s now 5/19 and still no contact so at 11:57am, I called them again and got an answering machine. I then contacted the manufacturer of the controller and requested the name of another pool company in my area that could perform the warranty work.I was given the name of another company. I have contacted them and without hesitation, they are working to fix the issue.I will never reach out to Ewing pools again as their service after the sale is unsatisfactory. The only good thing I have to say about the company is that the tech that came to my home was a model employee dedicated to his work. Sad thing is he can only go where he is sent. D. Stone
From planning to execution the team at Ewing was so helpful and present. They are very knowledgeable and professional. As we approach a year out I have no doubt they will help me with anything I need. Would use them again in a heartbeat. Love what this pool has done for our home!
A big thank you to Mr. Parker Ewing from Ewing Aquatech Pools who designed and built our pool. We are so excited to have such a beautiful spot for our family to enjoy. From the very beginning Mr. Ewing helped us decide what would be best based on our family’s needs. We actually looked at 3 different pool companies and Ewing Pools provided us with our best options.The entire staff was professional and polite working on our property. They came when they said they were going to come and communication was very good between us and the pool manager. We are happy we went with a fire pit as well as a spa.Thank you again!
I am not easily impressed, but Ewing Aquatech totally impressed me. We got other quotes, but Ewing was much more reasonable. Parker Ewing was AWESOME with the CAD pool design process, so we got exactly what we wanted. His construction crews did great work, everything was top quality. They tweaked everything until it was just right. They even coordinated with the landscaping and cabana contractors to make sure everything came together. Unqualified recommendation for Ewing Aquatech! ????
