I would give Wade my absolute highest recommendation. I had been struggling with a vinyl liner pool leak all summer long -- after tons of patching attempts, it still kept leaking and I was running out of things to try. Even though I'm in Fargo, I called Wade (who answered his phone right away) and asked if he ever comes out this far to service pools. He not only came all the way to Fargo, he did so on a weekend! He was so knowledgeable, incredibly thorough, patient in answering my questions, and most importantly -- he diagnosed the issue and finally stopped the leak, giving me peace of mind heading into the winter season!
Wade gets 10 stars from us!! He found and fixed a major pool leak (from a failed winterization from a different contractor) that we had. He is prompt, experienced, and his communication has been more than we ever expected, or received in the past from other pool services!!
