They were awesome. I called with a broken part of our headrest and texted pictures over to them and they came out within a week of calling them and fixed the part. The guys that came out were super friendly and helpful. They gave helpful tips and were awesome. Highly recommend them for any hot tub or pool service.Thanks again!!
Like other reviewers, we were billed more than a service call for the technicians "time". even though no work or additional services were performed, we were billed for labor. They explained they bill hourly once the technician arrives however, that was not discussed prior to setting up the service call. So what exactly is the service call charge for? Won't be using them again!
Had a technician come out,he didn’t have very much knowledge so he had to call Technical Support. I was charged $142 Dollars? I called and talked to Michelle, she said that’s what they do ? No,do that on your dime, not on somebody else’s?!! Not happy.
Canton Pools is Exceptional! I hired them for the opening/closing of my mother’s pool and they were amazing . Timely, Hard-Working and knowledgeable. These guys really know their stuff. The crew is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!! 5 STARS!!!!
Canton Pools are phenomenal with their services. Mike and Michelle are a great team. Everyone loves Michelle, who urgently tries to fit customers into the schedule as quickly as possible, and I haven’t met a more knowledgeable pool/hot tub technician than Mike.
