Very friendly and knowledgeable sales associates. They run your pool water through the tester that is connected to a computer and print out the results to take home with you. The results tell you what your pool needs and they have the chemicals available to buy.
Very poor service, not provided service I asked for, lied about quoted price, very rude when you try to talk to them about it, they won't listen to you at all, they dont care to keep their customers happy or take care of them.Also just show up when they want, I scheduled a time for a purpose, they just showed up hrs before the window of time they were supposed to.not a nice place to do buisness with go somewhere else.

Had a great experience. Technicians were very knowledgeable and did a great job getting my pool opened for the season.
I bought my winter cover from these people. I couldn't be more satisfied. They came out and measured even came back with the factory rep to remeasure to make sure everything was right. They also gave me a heads up to order before the price increase. The cover came in and they stored it for me until the install. The two guys Keith and I believe his name was Jim were awesome workers. They kicked butt from the time they pulled in till the time they left. They were conscientious about every move. The install was so professional you would've thought it was a crew of 4 or 5 people who did it. If you want the job done right these people will do it for you. If you're trying to cut corners and you really don't care about how it's done then call someone else.
