Contemporary Pools did a great job on our new pool. From the design stage all the way thru servicing the pool. Brett was great - he put together a design that was exactly what we were looking for and kept us informed along the way. The end product is better than we could have hoped for and the cost was reasonable. This is the third pool we’ve built but the first time we went through Contemporary Pools Inc and this was by far the best experience of the three.
Outstanding Service Then and Now !!We hired Contemporary Pools in 2016 to build our pool, and the entire experience was excellent. The construction process went smoothly, and we were extremely happy with the finished product.About six years later, we began experiencing issues with the glass tile, which turned out to be a manufacturer defect and no fault of Contemporary Pools. Thomas and his team came out, evaluated the situation, and confirmed that our PebbleTec plaster was still in great condition. The challenge was removing all of the defective tile without damaging the plaster below.With careful planning around weather and water table conditions, the crew delicately saw-cut and removed the existing tile with zero damage to the plaster. They then waterproofed the area and installed beautiful new ceramic tile. The entire project was completed in about four days and exceeded our expectations.What impressed us most is that Contemporary Pools wasn’t just there for the original pool build—they were also there for us with a smaller project years later down the road. It has now been two years since the tile replacement was completed, and we have experienced absolutely zero issues. Everything still looks fantastic.Thomas and the entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Five stars all the way. Thank you, Contemporary Pools!
