Sunset Pools

My experience with Sunset Pools has been outstanding. I demo'd my existing pool and had Sunset build my new pool. When interviewing pool contractors prior to choosing Sunset, many had their own canned options for pavers that I've seen everywhere. My wife had a specific color palette and design in mind that didn't match most of the decking options we were given from other contractors. Sunset recommended a leathered marble deck and was able to beat the total price we were given for inferior options from other contractors. I was provided a pool dig date and construction schedule. They stuck to it throughout the project and showed up when they said they would show up. My project finished weeks ahead of schedule. Overall communication was excellent and  responsive. That is huge to me. Nothing makes my blood boil more than contractors who don't communicate and don't do what they say they'll do. I'd have Sunset build my next pool in a heartbeat! Excellent job!

I interviewed (5) pool companies over a two year period and hands down Sunset Pools was the best choice. Rob Stowers Sales Mgr with Sunset took my rough design and turned it into a beautiful custom pool. Max Esposito General Mgr with Sunset, his crew and subs, built my pool in approximately 10 wks. Boy did they deliver. Their attention to detail was exceptional. You can certainly tell everyone takes pride in what they do. I couldn't be happier with the total experience. They exceeded my expectations in every way. Thank you Sunset!!!!!!

Another updated review for sunset pools our pool is now 3 1/2 years old. We thought we had a calibration problem with the salt chlorinator. Jason and cody came out within a couple days to check it out. They recalibrated the salt chlorinator. No issues. Top notch knowledgeable techs. Answered all of our questions and then some. As always sunset pools continues to be a top notch company. So glad we used sunset pools to install our new pool. Highly reccomend this company. Updated review for Sunset Pools. We needed repair of the salt generator on our Sunswt pool. Again Sunset pools stands behind their pools. Jason that works for sunset is the best. When we saw him pull up as scheduled we again knew we were in good hands. It’s good to know when you deal with a quality reputable company you trust they will always do a great job. Thanks to Sunset. Highly reccomend this poop company. Recently we installed a raised in ground pool using sunset pools. We hadn’t had a pool for many years. They met all our expectations and more. Communication has been excellent and provided exactly what we paid for. All sunset pool workers did an excellent job. They are a top notch company to work with from beginning to end. We had an issue with a timer after was just out of warranty and they came out and replaced the timer. No charge. Cathy is excellent to work with and so is the warranty staff. Can’t say enough positive about this company. Would be at the top of my list if we ever move and build another pool.

We love our pool!! We had such a great experience with sunset from the first meeting with Rob (amazing) he sent us a 3D drawing of our dream pool and Max made it happen. The pool was done timely and every time I had a question or concern Max responded quickly. I would recommend sunset a 1000%! ** update I have had my pool for now 5 months and I was having a issue with the pool electric system not communicating and Jason came out and helped fix the problem and also showed me how to prevent it from happening I just love how response everyone is!**
