Do yourself a favor and shop around before buying a hot tub from this shady business. I bought my hot tub nearly a month ago and have still not received it. First they gave us a lower model without the upgrades that we had asked for. We called them to tell them it was the wrong hot tub - the salesman laughed at us. Assured us that it was absolutely the right hot tub. We finally get it hooked up, filled with water, ready to go - and our suspicions are correct. This is the wrong hot tub. They tell us “not to worry we will replace it!” But they gave us their FLOOR MODEL that needed repairs before they brought it to us! What kind of business sells you a NEW hot tub and delivers a USED one??? A corrupt business - what they are doing is illegal and wrong. I am devastated by how awful our experience has been from start to finish. After all of this fighting over what we PAID FOR I still don’t have the hot tub I purchased.
Second time using this Company. Absolutely spot on with everything. Great owner and keeps his word. Always returns your call. This is your guy if you need pool work done. I dont normally write reviews but i feel like when you're treated this well you should let others know.
I purchased the Hercules hot tub from Epic Hot Tubs in Pineville after looking at several places in the Charlotte area. I knew this was the store I wanted to do business with the customer service is excellent. Dustin was the person that sold me the tub. When I was having a problem with the chlorine he came by my home and helped me. I highly recommend doing business with Dustin. I give them 5 stars!!
Recently purchased a hot tub from Emily and it's been a wonderful purchase! She was super helpful from the beginning with all of my questions. Met Dustin a few weeks later, when I had to get some more supplies from the store. He was also very helpful and answered my remaining questions. The staff at Epic Hot Tubs is responsive (whether by phone, text or email) and readily available to help with any needs! Our family is loving our hot tub and have been using it almost every night after sports, exercising or just to relax. We highly recommend this company!
I worked with Emily in the Pineville location to purchase my first Wellis Hot Tub. She was super great to work with and responsive during delivery and setup. She also helped me get connected with Melanie in the service team to resolve an issue promptly. Melanie was also amazing to work with! Both of these ladies have great professionalism and outstanding customer service! Highly recommend
