Enjoyed working with the admin team, Alison and Carla as well. Our project manager, Denny was thorough and handled all our questions and concerns. We had our pool installed by River Pools of the Carolinas (Charlotte franchise), and now that we’ve had a full year to enjoy it, we can honestly say it was one of the best decisions we’ve made for our home and family.When we first started researching pool companies, we were honestly nervous. A pool is a big investment, and you hear so many horror stories. What really made River Pools stand out was their transparency. Before we even signed a contract, they shared contact information for previous customers and encouraged us to visit their completed pools. Every single family we spoke with had wonderful things to say. Not one other company we considered offered that. That level of openness gave us so much confidence moving forward.We started our project in September 2024. Our backyard space is a bit constrained, so choosing the right model was really important. The River Pools team guided us patiently and helped us select the I30 model with a separate 8x8 spa, making sure everything would not only fit but also look beautiful. The way they positioned and installed the pool was done with so much care and attention to detail — it truly feels like it was meant to be there.The pool was in the ground by October, and by January 2025 everything was completed, including inspections, finishing work, and the basic landscaping immediately around the pool and spa. We later worked with our own landscaper to complete the rest of the yard, which made the overall space look even more beautiful — but River Pools did a great job creating the core poolside area.Like any big home project, there were a few bumps along the way. But this is where River Pools really proved who they are. Whenever something came up, they were responsive, supportive, and solution-focused.
