I was convinced I knew where my hot tub was leaking. Thought for sure it was going to be a major job. Wasn't able to be home when Eric came, he called me to keep me informed of the process. It turned out to be a simple fix. It would have been so easy for someone with no integrity to tell me that I was right, and replace the part that I was convinced was leaking. Also gave me a quote for why my lights aren't working while he was here. Customer service was great, price was more than reasonable compared to the company that I would have called to come out if this company had not been recommended to me on a social media post. The cost of the diagnosis and repair was cheaper by half then what I would have paid for just the service call with the other company. All together a great experience, will definitely contact them for any future problems!

This company is seriously the best. We bought our hot tub as a floor model from another company. Needless to say we had issues but the blue spa helped us out tremendously and educated us on everything that the other company did not. They are super responsive they answer all your questions and all their technicians are super helpful we can't say it enough of how happy are we are that we found you.

So I needed a new cover for my Sundance hot tub. I shopped multiple sites of various unknown names of covers and then I found blue water pool and spa. They were able to find my exact Sundance brand name cover for a better price then these unknown names.

Then unfortunately a few weeks later I got a leak in one of my pumps. I called blue water and they were able to find the exact replacement pump that I needed for less than I had found comparable pumps on other websites. Plus because they answer the phone when you call them I was able to confirm 100% that this was the exact replacement pump for my Sundance hot tub because they no longer make the original one.

Now comes a really cool part, I like to do my own work so as I was installing the pump I had a few questions about electrical hookup and other issues. I called blue water and not only did they answer the questions they could while on the phone with them she also reached out to her mechanics (while at other jobs) to get clarification on my electrical issue and called me back within minutes. Even texted pics back and forth!!

They were extremely helpful and went far far out of their way to help a do-it-yourself guy save a few bucks. This is especially excellent because they are in the business of sending people to your home to do this repair.

Any other hot tub place would have tried to convince me to allow them to send a technician out to fix my problem.

Blue water is over an hour away from my house but I would never buy parts or get service from any other place ever again!

I am so impressed by the service provided today. We’ve had nothing but bad luck with pool companies and unreliable people who fall through or you have to chase to get service. I was not hopeful anything would be different when I ran through the list of pool companies on Google. I’m so grateful we came across Blue Water! They were the 9th company we called and the only one who answered on the 3rd ring!

The woman at the reception was knowledgeable enough to to walk through the issue, understand what was going on and made a call and got me scheduled the next day. WOW. I was blown away with customer service , confirmation text, appointment complete follow up notes. She didn’t make me feel like I was a bother or “get in line with the rest of people who need service”. The technicians were great, the first time a pool tech have greeted us with a smile. Much appreciated, knowledgeable and considerate.You all know how to do it right, and made me feel right at home, and thankful for the business! Thank you! I think we found our new pool company!
