Recently did a pool inspection on a house we were purchasing and have never owned a pool. Very anxious and nervous about such a big purchase and they did nothing to help with that. We did this inspection into of our house inspection since they are "specialists" but the house inspector, that no longer did that service, was now informative and helpful then cross county pool's while report. It took over 4 days for them to send the report after multiple calls and when it did arrive it looked almost like a blank form. It was 3 pages, but was almost all was negative space. Very lacking in any real detail for the money they were paid. Most details were 3-4 words. No estimates for replacement parts, replacements or anything that would be useful for a house inspection. The report essentially reads like 'we came to the house. We saw there was a pool. Looks like a pool. Ok, I'm done here.'Would not recommend this company to anyone I know.
Doesn't install equipment unless you purchase their marked up +$1000 equipment, avoid at all costs.
This place is fabulous. If you have a pool problem or need advice or parts or anything pool related they are the ones you need to visit. They will help you with any problem you have. Highly recommended.
