This is the worst pool company, Ever! Please avoid this company at all cost. This Pool company used to be called premier pools and spa. But the owner, Mark lost the franchise.Well, let’s talk about the work they’ve done for me. It’s been over six months since we started my pool. I’ve asked for a pool company and have them also redo my fence..Let’s talk abkit the pool. The pool was supposed to be done in February. If you seen the pictures it hasn’t been touched since then. It’s in the final stages and they won’t finish it. It’s been like that since the first week of February.. Now let’s look at my equipment, my equipment was installed wrong. They’re supposed to come back and fix it. They didn’t fix. The gas line That is supposed to be attached to the heater is not attached. The heater improperly installed backwards. Now electrical box is supposed to be put out against the wall, but they have it propped out in the open so when it rains, there’ll be electrical issues..Oh yeah, and they also leave messes. Now let’s talk about my fence. It took them almost 2 months to finish my fence and if you see in the photos there was no gate, instead of built a gate They took from my old gate and kind of made it look like a door look how bad it looks..Now the trench on the side of my house, they built that trench in November 2025. It’s been like that since, they’ve never refilled it with dirt they never fixed the concrete. They left it like that causing injuries to my dog. They also cut the sprinkler wiring. But never fixed it. The company says they won’t fix my sprinkler system, it’s not on gbr company company to fix. Listen, they don’t have proper management with that company also. If you also hire them, you’ll never see a foreman come out and check on the design and see how everything’s working out. All they do is have subcontractors come out. And they have little idea what’s going on because there is no communication with the company and the contractors.Listen please stay away from this company.
