I had a wonderful experience with this company. I was quite nervous about this project, but Ed, who was my first contact, helped me feel at ease from the very first conversation. He was there for me every step of the way, answering all of my many questions and concerns with patience and expertise regarding the design, building process, and all else that came up. I couldn’t be happier with the end result. Highly, highly recommend!

Ed’s customer service is absolutely top-tier. He was professional, attentive, and stayed on top of every detail, making sure all of our questions were answered and that the project stayed on track. It is rare to find that level of genuine care and dedication these days. As for the final result—we are absolutely thrilled with our new swimming pool! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and it has completely transformed our outdoor space. The entire process was smooth, professional, and far less stressful than we expected—and that’s largely thanks to Jason. Jason was incredible to work with. He was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything turned out exactly how we wanted. He took the time to answer all our questions, kept us informed throughout the process, and went above and beyond to ensure every detail was just right. The quality of the work speaks for itself—our pool turned out even better than we imagined. The crew was punctual, respectful, and clearly took pride in what they do. This is the worst pool company, Ever! Please avoid this company at all cost. This Pool company used to be called premier pools and spa. But the owner, Mark lost the franchise. Well, let’s talk about the work they’ve done for me. It’s been over six months since we started my pool. I’ve asked for a pool company and have them also redo my fence.. Let’s talk abkit the pool. The pool was supposed to be done in February. If you seen the pictures it hasn’t been touched since then. It’s in the final stages and they won’t finish it. It’s been like that since the first week of February.. Now let’s look at my equipment, my equipment was installed wrong. They’re supposed to come back and fix it. They didn’t fix. The gas line That is supposed to be attached to the heater is not attached. The heater improperly installed backwards. Now electrical box is supposed to be put out against the wall, but they have it propped out in the open so when it rains, there’ll be electrical issues.. Oh yeah, and they also leave messes. Now let’s talk about my fence. It took them almost 2 months to finish my fence and if you see in the photos there was no gate, instead of built a gate They took from my old gate and kind of made it look like a door look how bad it looks.. Now the trench on the side of my house, they built that trench in November 2025. It’s been like that since, they’ve never refilled it with dirt they never fixed the concrete. They left it like that causing injuries to my dog. They also cut the sprinkler wiring. But never fixed it. The company says they won’t fix my sprinkler system, it’s not on gbr company company to fix. Listen, they don’t have proper management with that company also. If you also hire them, you’ll never see a foreman come out and check on the design and see how everything’s working out. All they do is have subcontractors come out. And they have little idea what’s going on because there is no communication with the company and the contractors. Listen please stay away from this company.
