It’s been two years since Iceberg built our pool and we are still loving it. We wanted a rectangular pool that was 30’x17’ with the deep end at 8ft deep. They did a great job. They were professional, timely, and communicated with us throughout the process.

The pool and concrete turned out nice and they had the pool done very quickly. It was the communication and follow through that were lacking. After signing the contract, we were never given any updates on the process of the pool installation or when to expect workers in the back yard. Most days, they would just show up unannounced. Not even coming to the front door first. We would just suddenly see workers in the backyard. We have small dogs that need to be put away before people should be in our yard. Once, the workers showed up unannounced at 6am on a Sunday. Our dogs were barking and our neighbors were very upset. We had to ask repeatedly when to expect the crew or if they were returning the next morning through out the process. After our fence was put back up, our dog got out several times until we noticed the fence was not secure and several boards were loose. There was yellow tape left on our tiles and we were told repeatedly that someone would come and clean it up, which they never did. It looks as though since they received their final payment, they do not feel the need to follow through with that. They also removed a neighbors bush during the excavation and said that it would be replanted in his yard, which it was not.
