This is not a company you should use when working on improving your backyard. We contracted with them in in March 2022 to put a cement patio and a nice pool in.It took them a bit to get the project going, not a surprise because a lot of people were building at this time so I understand that there was some delay. However, once they did start going it was clear that their team did not know what they were doing. The design that we agreed on was changed because the salesman we worked with had done the drawing wrong. Because of this, there was additional engineering required that ended up increasing the cost by $7000. The owner said this was discounted from what it would actually cost because he was sorry but it was not an expense we had counted on in our budget.By this point they had started digging so it wasn’t like we could just cancel everything.From there, delays continued, communication was spotty at best, the sales guy was fired at some point so communication got even worse.We put in an automatic cover to protect our small children from falling in the pool and they dug the well wrong so they had to redo the concrete later in the process which means we have multiple colors of concrete all from them. When I pointed this out to the owner, he said that eventually it would be the same color. We are in 2026 and as you can see from the pictures there are three different colors of concrete that were poured by the same company during the project. We were not given a discount on the pool, they did some kind of upgrade to the pool equipment but honestly I don’t know enough to say it was worth the hassle.As mentioned, we started this process in spring of 2022 and it was not completed until October of that year despite assurances that it would be done by August. It was an incredibly disheartening and frustrating experience that I assume could be avoided by going with another company.
This is our second pool we built with impeccable pools. The team is always quick, responsive, and professional. Justin always made sure we were happy with everything and made changes as needed along the way. We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!
Impeccable Pools was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish!!! Jeff really took the time to listen and hear our goals of what we were wanting! We had contacted 4 different pool builders and Jeff was the only one that took the time to sit with us designed our pool and worked with our budget! Everyone else designed what they felt looked best in our yard and either emailed or left a proposal at our door, terrible! Impeccable was not the cheapest but not the most expensive either! They were reasonable and fair! Best of all they were a one stop shop!!! They did our pool, concrete, landscaping, fence, pergola, opened up our existing patio, plus opened up our garage as a pass through garage! Justin the owner was hands on and working with us every step of the way! He even worked with me when I decided to change things midway through! Best of all, when it was time to pick our pebblesheen they worked with me and allowed me to make my own color!!! We have had our pool now for two years, impeccable also services our pool weekly and truly could not be happier!!! They exceeded our expectations!!! They treated us more like family than just a customer! That means a lot when you are working side by side for several weeks!!!! I truly can not recommend Impeccable pools enough!!!! Justin and Jeff are amazing!!!
For those of you looking for a pool builder I can personally say that Justin and his crew with Impeccable pools have been awesome to work with. My wife and I decided to build a pool for the kiddos last year, and after speaking with several other pool companies we decided to give Impeccable the job as they were the most competitive bid we received for the pool we wanted built. The sales rep Steve was very honest and straightforward in what to expect during the build, he came to our house and really listened to us in what our vision for the pool and what we wanted as a finished product. The design of the pool they came up with was exactly what we wanted and that was primarily one of the reasons we ultimately decided to use them.Once the permits were obtained, they immediately started the process and in total it took approximately 3 months from start to finish for the pool to be built. During the entire process Justin was always available to answer my questions and concerns, he was always honest and straightforward with his answer and that is something that I value in a trusted professional. My wife and I, along with the kiddos, are extremely happy with our new pool and will be enjoying it daily during the coming summer months. And because of the great job they did for us, I have also decided to utilize them to maintain, service and keep the pool swim ready.I highly recommend anyone looking to build a pool in the near future to speak with Justin and let Impeccable pools build you your dream pool as they have done for us!!
We had such an amazing experience with Impeccable Pools from beginning to end of the Pool contracting process. I never grew up with a pool and neither did my wife, so our knowledge on the entire process was minimal. Once we spoke with Jeff for a pool consultation, we were put at ease as he took the time to explain the entire process and helped talk me through the options available for a new pool. He did not try to upsell us, as he knew our budget and he really made a point to suggest options that would make our pool durable. After we got approved for our financing, Justin got straight to work with his crew! It was such a fast process and I was able to talk to Justin whenever I had a question. The total process was fast, it took only 2 months to build our pool and his crew kept our yard as neat as possible! As a first time pool buyer, both Jeff and Justin went above and beyond with their stellar work on the sales end and the construction end. We really felt like we were part of the process!
