They replaced our pool light quickly and efficiently, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be more happy with our pool building experience through Siganture Pools. From our first interaction with Jeremy designing and picking out tiles and pebble tech, Heather always keeping us updated on the schedule and the process, and Travis getting us up and running and being super informative on the pump and cleaning process and overcoming an inspection change, all of it was professional and delivered on the expectation. All of their subcontractors were punctual and respectful of the property as well as working in and around the neighborhood. Signature gave us a timeline and beat the timeline by being completed a month before expected! Pools are a big and expensive upgrade to the home, we made the right choice trusting Signature with our hard earned money. Our family is celebrating 4 years since our pool was built in 2022. I can't say enough good things about the people at Signature Pools! We experienced fantastic communication throughout the entire process of construction. Jeremy Pope was so professional and friendly at the initial consultation at our existing 20 year old home. He created the design and put together a 3d animated video showcasing the creative vision with our needs and wishes in mind. The outcome was perfect for our families multigenerational enjoyment of the pool itself and the surrounding space! Bob Mellon and all the people who worked on our project before, during , and after construction were considerate, respectful, and excellent in the quality of their work. I also thought the pricing for the value was very good. We couldn't be happier 4 years later!

I wanna start off by saying it took us a while to decide which company to go with, but after meeting Jeremy, we knew Signature Pools was the one. He was so personable and genuinely enthusiastic about his job,which I love because you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. They delivered exactly what they promised! There were a few small hiccups with the concrete, but honestly, having a pool completed in just seven weeks with a heater was amazing. Now we can enjoy it outside of the typical four-month summer window, and that’s a huge win. The design is sleek, clean, and everything we envisioned. Signature Pools was professional from start to finish, and we’re so happy with the final result! They are the best out there!
