Mike the owner was out quickly to assess my problem and was even quicker in replacing my pump with a better option to get me back up and running. We had a pretty serious issue with our Jandy 2.0 system and pool electrical board which resulted in our pump not running. Our normal service provider was unavailable, so on a whim we contacted Mike at Premium Pool Service. Wow, we got lucky! As novice pool owners, he could have told us anything…and charged a premium. He didn’t. He was straight forward, offered the best and lowest cost solution, and had a tech out same day! At a time when getting immediate service can be nearly impossible, Mike at Premium Pools was quick and exceeded our expectations. He even took a call after hours to help us set up our Jandy schedule.
