What a transformation! We’re so glad we chose BMR. After meeting with four different pool companies, Tyler’s design was the perfect fit for our space. Our backyard now feels like a private resort. We built a pool, hot tub, a small pavilion, and a fire pit, and the final result exceeded anything we imagined.There were a few challenges along the way, but Mason made sure every detail was handled flawlessly. Communication throughout the build was excellent; he kept us updated regularly and let us know who would be on-site each day. We could not be happier with our new pool and patio from BMR. Not only is it beautiful, the service provided was as professional and pleasant as could be. We had them demo our old pool that was leaking and settling, re-engineer and pier a new patio and pool, and install new equipment, landscaping, pool, and hot tub. Work site stayed as clean as possible. Each step of the way, they met with me and did an excellent job of communication throughout. Time from demo start to pool and patio finish was about 4 months, which seems reasonable. It’s been 7 months now, and anytime something hasn’t worked, loosened, or has been quirky, they’ve fixed it quickly and without argument.

We had a great experience with BMR. Tyler listened to what we wanted and was able to customize on the fly as we sat in his office going over the initial design to make it exactly what we wanted while keeping our budget request in mind. Brooks was our project manager and we could not be happier with the level of communication he provided from start to finish. He let us know anytime someone would be here working, and when they wouldn't, so I never wasted time waiting on anyone for anything. When the spa spillway was installed, it didn't match our vision, and rather than have to fight about it, they just said ok, how can we make it right and re-did it, no extra charge or hassle. As for time, they under-promised and over-delivered, starting just before Christmas and had water in the pool by spring break. Would have been even sooner if not for the snow we got. We aren't moving, but if we ever do and we need a new pool, BMR gets the job!
