Very engaging during pre construction, but once they break ground the nightmare begins.
Complete failing score on communication, scheduling, and follow-up during the construction phase, but also less than a year later on warranty covered items.
Tried many, many times calling, texting, messaging on their job board and no response from anyone. No timeline of when and if someone will come address the warranty issues.
Good luck if you’re having Outdoor Living do your project.

Update: even after their initial response, which seems to be a generic response, to my review, I have yet to get anyone from this company to call or message me.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. This spring our pump started freezing up. We do have the platinum warranty on all pool equipment. They sent a tech out, that was over 2 and half months. He said it was either the fan or capacitor, even the fan is working fine. Nothing has been done. We have called and tried to get a response nothing, we tried emailing nothing. I think this is very unprofessional and would not recommend their services.

Outdoor Living Pool and Patio built our pool, and overall we had a great experience with the entire team. Clint Bandfield did an outstanding job with the design and was incredibly helpful throughout the process. His communication was excellent, and what really stood out was his hands-on approach. Even though he was the salesman, he came out to our house multiple times during construction. At one point, he even grabbed a shovel to help locate a buried valve. That level of involvement is rare, and I truly appreciate his dedication and customer care.

Tanner was also extremely responsive through the JobTread system—sometimes answering questions within minutes, which made the process much smoother.

Midway through the project, Tony Fine took over as project manager, and he was top notch. He communicated well and was always professional and reassuring. While I would have appreciated more proactive updates—there were times when crews showed up without notice and I wasn’t sure what was scheduled—a simple weekly plan would have made the experience even better.

The craftsmanship from all crews was excellent. Construction began in August 2025 and was completed around early December 2025, which was a solid timeline.

We did experience a few hiccups with the sheer descents, and the only real negative was that it took nearly three months to get the issue fully resolved. I was concerned at times, but Tony stayed in communication and reassured me it would be taken care of. As of February 19, 2026, the sheer descent has been repaired and is working properly.

Overall, I’m very happy with the finished product and the quality of work. The team stood behind their work and followed through, and I would recommend Outdoor Living Pool and Patio to anyone looking to build a pool.

We recently completed a backyard project with Outdoor Living Pool & Patio, and overall, we are very pleased with the results. The quality of work and design is excellent—the pool, stonework, artificial turf, and landscaping are both beautiful and functional. The finished space truly reflects the vision we had for our backyard.
However, the project management left room for improvement. Communication throughout the process was inconsistent—both between us and the project managers and internally between the managers and subcontractors. There were instances of inattentiveness to detail, which led to delays and failed inspections (though these were eventually resolved). Additionally, a change in project manager mid-project added to the challenges.
On a positive note, we want to specifically recognize Jeremy Isenhower, our salesperson. Jeremy was a major reason we chose Outdoor Living Pool & Patio after interviewing four different contractors. He listened carefully to our vision and invested significant time and effort into creating a design that truly reflected what we wanted. Other contractors offered more “cookie-cutter” solutions, but Jeremy’s approach was personalized and thoughtful. Even beyond his role, Jeremy stayed involved throughout the project, helping to bridge gaps in communication and pushing internally to keep things moving. His dedication and responsiveness made a big difference.
Summary: If you’re looking for a company that delivers high-quality design and craftsmanship, Outdoor Living Pool & Patio is a great choice. Just be prepared to stay engaged during the process to ensure smooth communication. And if you can, ask for Jeremy—he’s outstanding.
