We finished our pool with El Dorado Custom Pools this summer and are very happy with both the final result and the overall process. Together they created a plan that suited our space and came out just as we had hoped.When excavation started, Sean stood out for how meticulous and organized he was. If you live in EDH or anticipate a difficult dig, this company is a solid choice. After that, the rest of the crews kept the project moving smoothly. We especially appreciated Angelo, Bill, Enoc and others who all did quality work and left the yard in great condition. They even used extra rock and dirt to create an additional usable area, which was a nice touch.Enoc finished the project by helping us transition into pool ownership. He took the time to explain the system, prime everything, and make sure we felt confident managing it. Two months later the pool is running perfectly.Building a pool is a big investment and we are glad we chose El Dorado Custom Pools. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a company that does thorough work and follows a good process from beginning to end.

My experience with this pool company has been extremely disappointing. Their customer service is terrible—they fail to meet contractual deadlines, ignore messages, and often miss scheduled appointments. Communication with Ruthie Newell has been subpar at best, and despite Kyle Adams being the owner, he is completely uninvolved in the project. It has been over two years, and they still haven't fulfilled all their contractual obligations. This company clearly doesn't prioritize their clients. There are plenty of other excellent pool companies out there. Save yourself the hassle and avoid this one!
