We had a persistent leak that was driving us crazy. Cooper with Pinnacle Pool came out to El Dorado Hills and found the source immediately and handled the repair without any issues and was reasonably priced. We were so impressed with his expertise that we signed up for their weekly service. Our pool has never looked better. It’s a relief to have a family owned business that we can trust with our pool. This pool and spa service from Cooper is outstanding. Mister Cooper O'Neal personally scheduled my appointment in Folsom and arrived punctually. The service requested was arcane (replacing a lap pool's heater and repairing the plumbing.) This was handled with dispatch and precision.

Earlier this year I hired Pinnacle Pool to help track down a stubborn leak in my swimming pool. Cooper showed up right on time, quickly spotted the issue with my old pump, and even found a leak in the water line I hadn’t noticed. He knocked out the repairs in a single day, and the price ended up being less than the other ballpark bids I’d collected — always a pleasant surprise.
What stood out most was how easy he was to work with. Cooper is professional, knowledgeable, and personable — the kind of repair guy you don’t mind chatting with while he works. Scheduling was simple, his response time was fast, and since then my pool has been holding water like it’s supposed to (a feature you definitely want in a pool!).
If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and actually makes the process painless, I’d definitely recommend Cooper and Pinnacle Pool.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Cooper was very professional, provided excellent customer service, and is extremely knowledgeable. I was losing a ton of water and having to add a lot of water every day. Cooper was able to come out quickly and inspect my pool, he performed pressure tests to check the plumbing and also did a dye test throughout the pool, he ended up finding and repairing multiple leaks and at a reasonable price!
