Ralphie's Pool Cleaning

I attempted to visit the listed business location to gather further information, but the address provided led me to a residential apartment complex known as the Element 79 Apartment Complex. Upon inquiring with a resident entering the building, I was informed that there are no office spaces or commercial facilities located within the premises. This experience highlights a significant issue with misleading information, as the business's public profile suggests a professional physical presence that does not exist at this location. Such inaccuracies are highly frustrating for consumers seeking legitimate services and raise serious concerns regarding the transparency and authenticity of the business's operations.

I've been using Ralphie's Pool Cleaning, and I couldn't be happier with the service. David and Xavier are absolutely top-notch — reliable, professional, and always communicative. They show up when they say they will, keep me updated, and consistently leave my pool looking crystal clear and well-maintained. On top of that, their pricing is very fair for the quality of service they deliver. If you're looking for a dependable and high-quality pool cleaning service, I highly recommend giving them a call.

I want to start by saying that David and Xavier were God sent to save my pool after a guys who still service Serrano neighborhood quit abruptly after his incompetency became obvious. And that lead to my Pool turned green within two weeks. See below pictures for before and after David and Xavier took over ???? I can't recommend this pool company enough! David and Xavier were incredibly reliable and always came through for me, no matter what. They worked with integrity and went above and beyond to explain everything, offering free knowledge about my pool's needs. If you’re looking for a pool cleaning company that truly cares, then these guys are it! “

I've tried other cleaning services, but none have impressed me like Ralphie's Pool Cleaning. I wasn't too happy to learn that the chemical readings of my pool's water were off the charts. It was clear that Xavier and David are highly trained technicians who take their job seriously. They didn't just skim the surface and add chemicals. They figured out what needed to be done and didn't consider the job complete until the water was at optimal levels and my pool was sparkling. Plus, they were true professionals who were friendly and ready to answer my questions. I'm hiring Ralphie's and am confident that I can rely on them for all my pool service needs.
