We could not be happier with our experience with Cox Pools! From start to finish, their team was professional, patient, and incredibly attentive to every detail. They took the time to listen to exactly what we wanted and went above and beyond to make sure the final product exceeded our expectations. One thing that really stood out was their communication and commitment to staying on schedule. They were efficient, organized, and kept the project moving while never sacrificing quality. Every step of the process reflected their dedication to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.Building a pool can feel overwhelming, but Cox Pools made it enjoyable and stress-free. The end result is absolutely beautiful, and we are so grateful for the care and attention they put into bringing our vision to life. We highly recommend Cox Pools to anyone looking for a company that truly delivers on its promises and takes pride in its work!
When we first had our spa/pool combo installed about 8 years ago, I left a a great review as I thought the job was great. However, after some time has gone by, that needs to be updated to reflect the longevity of the craftsmanship.First, we have not been able to use the spa in 2 years due to the massive amount of structural leaks present. A leak detection company had to come out multiple times to temporarily patch what they could. It was recommended that we fill it in as the cost to remodel it was extremely high. Contacting Cox and actually getting a response was a joke. We were ignored. No wonder their warranty only lasts 1 year! Now to the pool, present day. After having to add water to it daily for 2 weeks, another leak detection company came out to find that the pool itself has multiple structural cracks in it- bottom, sides, face of the spa, skimmers. He said this is what he expects a 30yo pool to look like. Our pool is 8 YEARS OLD. He said that this was garbage craftsmanship on Cox's part and we basically got screwed over. At this point, our choices are to completely remodel it (after already spending 6x,xxx to have it put in) or fill it in. We might as well have just flushed that money down the toilet.Moral of the story: If you're going to spend that kind of money on something and want it to last, LOOK ELSEWHERE!
Cox Pools did a fantastic job replacing my sand filter. Their customer service was great. I had called several other places and left messages, but no one responded. I will not make that mistake again. They were very prompt in the replacement and did an excellent job.
We would highly recommend Cox Pools as your next pool builders. They were nothing short of being very professional, personable, and treat you "like family"! The staff and crew were very accommodating with our change orders to build our "Dream Pool"! You won't be disappointed! They make sure of that!
It all started on April 19, 2018. I signed the contract and made the deposit. I was told it would be completed in 2 to 3 weeks depending on weather from start to finish. The pool arrived June 3rd and the digging began on June 5th. They added some of the water that day and completely filled it on the 6th. I went on vacation the last week of June and I was told that by the time I returned from vacation I would be swimming. The pictures I've posted with sand are what I returned to. The pool wasn't cleaned by Cox. I was also told they would make sure that the fence that was already in place prior to them coming to put the pool in would be put back in place while I was gone. The fence was not up until a week or more. I live in a neighborhood and this is a safety issue. I posted pictures of how the fence was left. On the 3rd of August it was finally fixed correctly. I gave Cox Pools a punch list 2 weeks ago. There has been alot of rain in that time. I made serveral phone calls to one of the owners (Scott) about my concern one of which is the elevation being wrong as the water on the ground from the rain is getting into the pool. I have yet to receive a return call back to me. Other concerns are the sprinklers damaged/capped in the front of the yard which stops the functioning of the sprinklers in the backyard. The job is still not completed as of today August 6.
