Words can not even describe this company from customer service to the office manager to the Owner Mike who keeps his employees in line. My pool is blue and sparkling and that is what I call excellent pool service where they aim to please each and every customer. Do not go anywhere else use Aqua King Pool Service in Ft. Lauderdale you won't be disappointed trust my opinion!! He also does remodeling if your looking for your Pool to be remodeled.
***ADDENDUM***Customer since 11/24. No real problems until recently (hence the 2 stars). Received my weekly email (with picture) on 3/31/26 of my pool. Then I received the text. From those 3 pictures alone, you can see why I had to return home. The next photo is after 40 minutes of me scooping debris out of the pool (with the net - not vacuumed yet). Then I took the water to the pool store (after getting a text that I need to pay the $200 extra). Pool store said it was a little light on salt - so I bought a bag. Next picture is after the pump ran for 4 hours (still had not vacuumed it). I left the pool crystal clear on 4/9/26. Returned on 4/27 to a pool SO cloudy I can't see the bottom. Noticed 2 chlorine tabs in my pump filter basket...it's a salt system. I send a text requesting an explanation. I'm told someone would come back. Three days later, I still can't see the bottom. Two thumbs down.***It did not matter that I had not seen the bottom of my pool in a month, nor did the company care that I canceled their service. Within 10 minutes of leaving my review, I received the below text. Short version is that they are finally offering to provide the services I have already paid for - IF I delete my review. While an employee may have done a poor job, this type of response is not an employee decision. It reflects the company's business tactics - which speak for themselves.
I had a great fast service experience with Aqua King Pool. I was on vacation in S Florida in an Airbnb with my family. We showed up to the property and the pool looked terrible. I called the host and they tried to reach their pool company. 1/2 a day goes by. No response back. So, I search on Google and find Aqua King. They dispatched a cleaner guy out immediately. Within 1.5 hours the pool was clean and perfect. It was such a relief because of the Airbnb management. To say the least. This company saved my vacation. Thank you. God Bless.
Aqua King pools never serviced my pool appropriately. They didn't put the right chemicals in it, and I never once saw them test my water. They never scrubbed the side and they allowed algae buildup due to their poor service. I just dealt with it since I go to school full time but decided to leave them when the service technician switched and then new guy didn't even bother to turn my pool on. But what really bothered me is they tried to say my leak was related to the pool top skimmer, which isn't even connected. I discovered the real leak was when their service technician broke the box that automatically turns my pool on and off and my water level stopped to lowering, which told me it was a leak in the line, which I knew anyway because my top skimmer was never connected. I've had my pool handled by another company now for 2 weeks and they've already cleared up the algae spot significantly, and send me reports with my chemical levels. You really need to do better Aqua King. I attached photos of the algae they allowed to build and now after two weeks with my new service company.
