We recently switched to Patriot Pools because we’ve had so much bad luck with dishonest, unreliable pool service and repair companies here in South Florida. They were recommended to us by Red Rhino, a pool leak repair company (who were also fantastic!). In addition to weekly pool service (which starts tomorrow, so I can’t speak to that yet), we had them send a diagnostic/repair technician to help us with some automation and plumbing issues we were having. Their technician, Luis, came out and he was great. In less than 5 minutes he sorted out the problem and in less than 5 minutes after that he had it fixed. He was on time (!!!!), professional, knowledgeable and courteous. So far I’m very happy. Hopefully their weekly pool maintenance service will be just as good!

Scam alert. Reached out to begin weekly pool cleanings. The "manager" came today and lead the visit by trying to sell me an algae cleaning for $500 in addition to the modest $120 monthly fee for weekly cleaning. Also tried selling me immediately on replacing my pool filter for $1300. Then proceeded to tell me I could not have the weekly cleaning service until my pool was cleared of algae lol. So I would have to pay him $500 (or $400 if I agreed to do it right then). It's super misleading that I reached out for a pool cleaning service and the sales dude came to start his sales pitch IMMEDIATELY, AND DECLINED TO DO THE POOL CLEANING SERVICE... Wow. The chemicals are $80 at leslies and I have the time. I will never pay this grubby money hungry place money for a single service based on their very first, hands out, impression. I wanted a pool cleaner because I simply wanted to have more time to do other things around my home. And genuinely thought that was what this company would provide. So I'm really very upset and offended by the way the manager declined to do any pool cleanings until I bought his algae clean. I'd like to also mention that in the two calls prior to the guy showing up, no one mentioned my pool needed to be pristine ( or in any specific condition) in order to engage their services. Don't waste your time here. Just ask your neighbor who they use. It will save you time.
Carlos has been taking care of our pool for some time now and we couldn’t be happier. He’s extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and always makes sure everything is running perfectly. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes pride in his work. It’s honestly a pleasure working with this company. The office staff and other team members are also great. They’re responsive, helpful, and make scheduling service or repairs super easy. Highly recommend!
This company is just bad! Many times they either don’t show up for cleaning or they show up and spend less than 2 minutes at my pool, then call that a cleaning, and then bill me for it. This week they were at my house for 90 seconds, did not clean my pool, just threw some chemicals and left. No cleaning was done. My pool is filthy and I have my kids bday pool party today. They don’t want answer their phones as their customer service is awful unless if you are a new customer or to sign up for services then they have an option on their phone lines. If you need help or something fixed as a current customer they have awful sense of urgency or client service. There are so many more qualified and better companies out there. Stay away! The photos below reflect what my pool looks like less than 24 hours from them being at my house to their weekly maintenance “cleaning.”
