Emerald built our pool 3 years ago and has been servicing it monthly ever since. Overall, it’s been a great experience and we’d definitely recommend them. Also, our pool guy Lewis has been the best to work with. He is knowledgeable, works hard, and communicates needed updates.
Quick Shout-Out to Emerald Service Rep Aidan Cook -- he is amazing. One recent evening as we prepared to enjoy the Spa feature of our Emerald Pool, the Spa Heat option was missing from the app so my tech-savvy daughter and I spent an hour trying to diagnose and fix the problem. Nothing worked, so we concocked a workaround by heating the pool instead -- with heated water flowing through the spa into the pool. Not great, but passable. I called Emerald Service team the next morning and was told they would reach out to Aidan. He called about 3 minutes later while enroute to another service request. After I described the problem, he asked if we had experienced a power outage recently, which we had, and then he guided me through getting our Spa-heat operational again. The fix took three minutes between turning on a small toggle switch and making a change in the Pentair panel software, which had defaulted to "pool only" as the result of the power outage. Three minutes... Over the phone! Aidan is a genius, and truly customer focused. Thank you for "Professional Plus" service!
Our pool is still being built but so far, we have been really happy with them.They have good customer service for the most part.The guys that did our digging, plumbing and electrical were all super respectful of our property, courteous and incredibly hard working.We will update as our pool is finished, we are about 2/3 of the way done.They work fast but efficiently. I know it's easy to get impatient with a custom pool but I don't mind waiting to see our dreams come true.They also built our neighbors pool and it's been 5 years for him, no major issues so far.He recommended them to us.
We had our pool finished in March 2022. The design of the pool was lovely and we were happy with the look of the final product. However, afterward we had a few quality issues with our waterfalls due to the slope causing leaking in the back wall of the pool, creating mold and cracking. They were worked on a couple times after finishing the pool, but the issue continued to get worse and I was embarrassed and worried to invite people over to swim. We are so appreciative to Austen Grimes, he had them cleaned up and repaired so we can enjoy our pool again! He listened to our concerns and was prompt in helping us resolve the issue. We would definitely recommend him as a concept designer and project manager, he did a great job with both!
We recently had our entire backyard renovated and pool built with Emerald Custom Pools and we’re really happy with the finished product. The craftsmanship is excellent and it definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s a beautiful addition to our home that we’re already enjoying. The team was professional and took care of us to make sure we were pleased with everything till the end. All in all, we’re pleased with the outcome and would recommend Emerald Customs Pools.
